Gifts can be exchanged using our self-serve return portal using the information on the packing slip. Your recipient can return their gift for store credit or exchange their item for an alternate color or style.

At checkout, you will be able to see the anticipated delivery date of your gift. You can choose to upgrade your shipping to ensure it arrives on time!
You can choose to add a gift note to your item in the cart. Make sure to add your name in the gift note as our packing slips will not show your name address (only the recipient's). We do not offer gift wrapping, but our scarves all come ribbon tied for a beautiful gift presentation!
